Caseitaliane© acts as an intermediary between the clients in the UK and the Italian Bed & Breakfast/Owner.
All communications between parties will be taken care of by Caseitaliane© until agreement of booking.

Unless otherwise stated, Caseitaliane© charges 10% deposit payable in the UK via cheque, postal order or Paypal (credit card). The deposit is non refundable and it guarantees the property chosen and the fixed price.

A booking form is provided once the deposit is paid, with details of the chosen property and name and contacts of the owner/s. The owner will also receive a copy of the same with the client's details and arrival time and date. From then on every communication is between the client and the local host or his/her representative, although Caseitaliane© will be available for help and suggestions.

Sometimes Caseitaliane will make the booking on behalf of the client with the local host, but will not charge a deposit - if applicable, this will be charged by the local host directly to the guest.

Upon arrival generally the host will ask the client to sign a formal contract, and leave ID's photocopies. In some cases a refundable deposit (for keys etc) is required.

The agreement/contract is between the client who chooses a property and the property owner and any query or complaints will have to be address at the time with the local host.

The prices on this site can change without notice and some properties might not be available at the time of booking. Caseitaliane© is not responsible for this but will make sure the site will be up to date.

Caseitaliane has not inspected all the properties personally and bases its decision to include on the website purely considering the offer, the location, the price, and ultimately the good faith of the owner. In no case Caseitaliane will accept responsibility for the choice made through our website.
