Caseitaliane© acts as an intermediary between the clients in the UK and the Italian proprietors.
All communications between parties will be taken care of by Caseitaliane© until agreement of booking.

Caseitaliane© charges 10% deposit payable in the UK via cheque, postal order or Paypal (credit card). The deposit is non refundable and it guarantees the property chosen and the fixed price.

A booking form is provided once the deposit is paid, with details of the chosen property and name and contacts of the owner/s. The owner will also receive a copy of the same with the client's details and arrival time and date. From then on every communication is between the client and the local host or his/her representative, although Caseitaliane© will be available for help and suggestions.

Upon arrival generally the host will ask the client to sign a formal contract, and leave ID's photocopies. In some cases a refundable deposit (for keys etc) is required.

The agreement/contract is between the client who chooses a property and the property owner or the Bed & Breakfast Network and any query or complaints will have to be address at the time with the local host.

The prices on this site can change without notice and some properties might not be available at the time of booking. Caseitaliane© is not responsible for this but will make sure the site will be up to date.

Some of them have a lot of character, typical of the location and we think you should experience the best in Italian hospitality.

Some have been bestsellers and we would like you to have a great stay like our previous customers!

All the properties are easy to book because we deal directly with the owners and this assures the quickest booking time, and the warmest hospitality.

How to Book

All you need to do is choose where to stay. Send an email from the selected property's page, and wait for our reply. All bookings require a non refundable 15% deposit (unless otherwise specified) payable locally in the UK to secure the accommodation chosen, and the rest is paid on location when you arrive. You will receive confirmation and booking form once the deposit is paid.
